Preparation for every exam
DTZ – German test for immigrants
The exam at the end of the integration course, at level A2 to B1. Important for residence and naturalisation.
telc B1
The German certificate at level B1 – frequently required for residence, naturalisation and vocational training.
telc B2
The certificate at level B2 – the level for working life and for many recognition procedures.
Vocational language exam B2
The job-related exam after the vocational language course – focused on the workplace.
telc C1
The certificate at level C1 – for study and for academic and medical professions.

How the preparation works
To the exam in four steps
- Placement: where are you today, and how far is it to exam level?
- Mock exam: a complete exam under realistic conditions
- Focused training of the weakest exam parts – instead of spreading effort evenly
- Feedback after every session: what you have mastered, what is still missing
Which exam do I need?
A brief orientation
- Naturalisation or residence: usually B1 – DTZ or telc B1
- Work and recognition: usually B2 – telc B2 or vocational language exam B2
- Study: usually C1 – telc C1
- Care and health professions: B2, often with a specialist language exam
